Tampa Bay Bucs sign WR Spurlock, release WR Figurs

The Buccaneers have signed wide receiver Micheal Spurlock and released wide receiver Yamon Figurs. Spurlock, who played in four games this season for the San Francisco 49ers, played for Tampa Bay in 2007 and Arizona in 2006.
